A Children's Book about Probability

I wanted to find some Children's Literature about Mathematics that can be used in the classroom, and I found this book called Probably Pistachio, by Stuart J. Murphy. After reading the story, it's suggested to ask students what they think will happen and why. Stuart's website lists all kinds of math activities that can be used in the classroom as you introduce new mathematical concepts to students in Elementary school, like Probability. I feel that this can be a great resource for new teachers!
